Broadway Auction Group
is seeking dependable and motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistants / Errand Runners to support our team during auction events throughout September. This flexible position is ideal for college and university students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to earn extra income while gaining valuable administrative and event support experience.
Pay: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience, plus mileage reimbursement for approved business travel.
Responsibilities
Run local errands, including picking up supplies, packages, and auction materials.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email, data entry, and document preparation.
Coordinate deliveries and vendor pickups.
Assist with auction event setup, organization, and general on-site support.
Perform other light administrative and operational tasks as assigned.Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using email and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
Strong communication and time management skills.
No prior office experience is required—training will be provided.What We Offer
