Preferred Medical Products (PMP) specializes in the manufacture of stainless steel components for the medical industry. Founded in 1991, PMP has locations in Matheson and Centennial, Colorado, and employs approximately 50 people. PMP's manufacturing processes consist of specialized cutting, grinding, laser welding, cleaning, and injection molding of medical components.

Responsibilities Include:
Managing manufacturing personnel, processes, materials, machinery, safety, cleanliness, and organization of a production department in a manner to achieve specific production goals
Machine / process changeovers
Operator training

Proficiencies should include:
Management and supervisory skills
Mechanical, technical, and computer skills
Problem-solving skills
Inter-personal and communication skills
A positive and goal-driven attitude

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, and mechanically inclined individual to join our growing team in Goodland, Kansas.

Our press operation runs a Goss Community 2-tower press, and you’ll be working alongside an experienced and supportive crew.

Position Details:
Morning and day shifts available
No weekend work
Competitive pay based on experience and performance

Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude required
Pressman experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and be trained on the job
We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to develop new skills.

Compensation:
Salary is based on experience.
